INTERIOR
ntrance to the pretty and traditional Beach House is from the gated private garden and directly into the open plan living room / kitchen.  The charming living room is to the right of the entrance and has a traditional fireplace, framed by comfortable seating whilst the fully equipped kitchen is located to the left of the entrance and includes a dining table and chairs.

Also situated on the same level are the two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en suite wc/shower room and the second bedroom has twin beds.  There is a further family wc/shower room also located on the floor.   Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning.

EXTERIOR
Located off the road which runs the length of the island, a private gate leads into the mature gardens surrounding the perfectly situated Beach House, with fruit trees, herbs and flowers.   A few steps lead from the garden to another gate which gives access to the pebble beach and small jetty below and a path leads to the front veranda which is directly above the beach and furnished with a table and chairs from which to enjoy the stunning views over the sea and across to the neighbouring island of Peristera.  There is also an outdoor shower to enjoy following your dip in the Aegean Sea.

SURROUNDINGS
Set in mature gardens and only a few steps from the beach of Vamvakies and approximately 1km from the beach of Agios Dimitrios. The Beach House is within easy walking distance of the tavernas at Kalamakia and just a short drive from the larger fishing village of Steni Vala with its two mini markets and selection of wonderful fish tavernas.

SUITABILITY
This pretty, traditional Greek Beach House is suitable for couples, small families or friends travelling together who are looking for an amazing location next to the sea but would also like to be within easy reach of a few tavernas.
