COOKING LESSONS
Combine your visit to Greece with a trip through the taste paletts and the comprehension of Greek well-being. The introduction to local food and eating habits is an inseparable part of the Greek culture.

During the seminars you will have the opportunity to prepare and cook your own lunch, inspired by the Greek modern cuisine as well as the classic customs.

You can enjoy the result of your cooking efforts under the shade of our pomegranate tree with a glass of wine.

Our aim is to help to spread the Mediterranean kitchen, clear the understanding of aromatic herbs and their use in cooking, and to introduce the products of the area and their healthy benefits. The Greek traditional cuisine is a complete nutrition guide by itself, which allows us to place food like pulse and vegetables on our table, which have perished on our modern world.

Anna Aivazoglou prepared for you the following 6-days programme:

1 st day: Vegetables
2 nd day: Meat
3 rd day: Pulses
4 th day: Fish
5 th day: Food products preserved in olive oil
6 th day: Sea food

Anna Aivazoglou was born in Thessaloniki, where she studied to be a topographer and worked for about 6 years, until she started to develop a passion for culture and its relationship with gastronomy.

She attended gastronomy seminars combined with health and nutrition in France , where she lived for the next 5 years.

She then became a member of “Archestratos”, an association for the salvation and the promotion of the Greek ancient cuisine.

She now lives on Skopelos Island and owns “Anna’s Restaurant”, where the seminars take place.
