The neighbouring island of Alonissos is well worth a visit, to see its natural beaches, and to cruise along its coastline, enjoying the clear blue waters which are inhabited by rare monk seals. This is a full day trip, and first call of port is to the harbour town of Patitiri, where you will have an hour to explore at your own pace. We sail up the lovely coastline of Alonissos and your next stop will be the beautiful secluded beach of Agios Dimitrios, for swimming and sunbathing. A traditional Greek lunch will be served onboard the boat overlooking the lovely surrounds. You will make a quick stop to see the massive "Blue Cave" before heading towards the deserted island of "Kyra Panagia" within the Marine Park. The next stop is the picturesque monastery of the Virgin Mary in Monastery bay. Here the captain will guide a walk up to the monastery and he can tell you all about the history of the monastery and show you the beautiful meditation spot which has views over all of the islands within the Marine Park. There will also be chances to swim and snorkel. The day ends with a relaxing sail back to Skopelos.

This is an opportunity to see the entirety of Skopelos Island from the vantage point of the deep Blue Aegean sea. On board the "Planitis" we can venture close enough to the island, to see the amazing landscapes and wildlife on our journey. The first stop is the picturesque bay of Agios Ioannis which has a monastery perched preciously on a rock cut off from the mainland, which features in many postcards. You then pass the villages of Loutraki, Klima and Elios whilst you are entertained with local history and folklore front our expert guide. You will then stop in a secluded bay to soak up some sun, swim, relax and enjoy the surroundings while you will be served a snack onboard the boat. The snack includes sandwiches and Greek salad and bread. You will make one last stop in Limonari bay for a refreshing swim. You leave the bay late afternoon and make your way back to Skopelos town passing all the beautiful beaches of western coast of Skopelos Island.

Setting sail from Skopelos port on board the magnificent boat "Planitis" early on Sunday evening, you will head out to a sheltered cove for you to enjoy a swim in the warm Aegean sea. Once back onboard you will be served an assortment of cheese and cold meats, fruit, wine and soft drinks. Sailing further out to sea, you will enjoy the tranquil Sporadean sunset before proceeding back to Skopelos port, our way lit by a blanket of stars.
