Overview
Few Villas can offer such a magical setting for a holiday: total privacy, as close to the sea as you can get, modern accommodation, a full size pool and nearby Tavernas. Add a speedboat, for whizzing to the pretty bays and coves along this stretch of coast and you have everything you could desire for a perfect summer holiday. From the sea, you can appreciate the wonderful setting of this South-facing villa. Surrounded by olive groves, it basks in the sun at the foot of the towering mountain behind.

Layout
Inside, the house is divided into three self-contained apartments. The largest occupies the upper floor (with three bedrooms). A large studio with separate lounge and kitchen, and a two-bedroomed apartment are situated on the ground floor. The whole property (upper, apartment and studio) is let as one unit making the pool exclusive.

Upper Level: Three bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin, all with balconies),living/dining room, opening on to the terrace with its unusual separate dining area, and further sitting area, kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), two bathrooms (both with bath).

The Apartment: Two bedrooms (twin), living/dining-room, kitchen, bathroom (with bath), terrace.
Shared Swimming Pool.

The Studio: Bedroom (twin, with French windows to terrace), separate living/dining room with bar kitchen, bathroom (bath).

Alexia House
Alexia House occupies the whole of the upper floor and is a very spacious three-bedroomed apartment. It is provided with several balconies, all wide enough to sit on and sunbathe, accessible from all bedrooms as well as the living room, and overlooking uninterrupted sea views. There is also a most unusual circular balcony, shaded and ideal for outdoor dining. Inside, a comfortable lounge area leads to a light and airy, marble floored living and dining room. An up-to-date kitchen and two bathrooms complete what amounts to very superior accommodation in an incomparable setting.
Sitting Room: The sitting/dining room is very prettily decorated in refreshing shades of blue and white. The big balcony doors lead on to a terrace with a vista that encompasses the essence of a holiday here - pool, beach, garden and endless views across the sea. Kitchen: The kitchen is bright and modern and opens on to a side terrace that connects with the outdoor dining area. Master bedroom: The master bedroom continues the fresh blue and white colour scheme, with warmly coloured tiles for contrast. Balcony: Alexia House, on the top floor, has a most unusual circular terrace, poised above the garden and with fantastic views over the sea. Ideal for outdoor dining in style, or for evening drinks before going out. In early and late season the sunset can be glimpsed from here. Alexia Upper Facilities: Air-conditioning in all bedrooms, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave oven, BBQ.

Alexia Apartment
A spacious two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. A shady side terrace looks out onto the gardens, with views down to the sea, while a good-sized living room with sofa and easy chairs provides indoor comfort. French windows lead from here to the terrace and the space extends into a newly fitted kitchen with full cooker and fridge/freezer. The two twin bedrooms share a large bathroom.
Apartment Lounge: Comfortably furnished in warm colours, opening on to a pleasant paved terrace.
Apartment Kitchen: Neat and compact, with a full cooker and generously sized fridge/freezer.
Apartment Bedrooms: Prettily finished, with a fresh colour scheme offset by the wooden ceilings.
Apartment Facilities: Air-conditioning in both bedrooms, Microwave oven.

Alexia Studio
Larger than the name suggests, the studio has a sizeable living room with corner kitchen area, a separate twin bedroom and a good bathroom with bath. The greatest asset of the Studio, however, must be the two sea-facing terraces. The largest, with plenty of space for table and chairs, is accessed from the bedroom, the other from the living room. From each of them there is easy access to the pool area and the path leading down to the beach.
Studio Lounge: Simply but comfortably furnished, with a large window opening on to the private terrace.
Studio Bedroom: Twin-bedded, opening on to the private terrace.
Studio Bathroom: Attractive, blue and white colour scheme, with full bath and shower fitting, w.c. and washbasin.
Studio Facilities: Air-conditioning in bedroom, Microwave oven.

Pool
A beautiful pool(9m x 4.5m), big enough for some real swimming, plentifully supplied with sunloungers. A most attractive setting of pale stone walls and paving. The lower 'sunken' terrace is a great asset and extends the space for relaxing considerably.

Sunken Terrace
Below the pool, at beach level, there is a lovely terrace with BBQ and a seating area shaded by a few graceful trees. From this terrace a (lockable) gate gives access to the beach in front of the villa. There is also an outside shower, conveniently placed for rinsing off after swimming in the sea.

HOW TO GET THERE
Corfu airport: Flying to Corfu for most Europeans is an easy flight lasting less than 3 hours. Corfu's International airport (Kapodistrias CFU) is located on the edge of Corfu (Kerkyra) town.  The airport is modern and compact. During the summer months (May to October) there are regular charter flights from most European countries to Corfu. Domestic flights (from Athens) operate all year round. 

Corfu Port: Corfu's port is at the edge of Corfu (Kerkyra) town. Ferries from Greek mainland ports (Igumenitsa and Patra) offer a regular service to the island.  From Italy, the most frequent routes are from Venice, Ancona and Brindisi. Corfu port is also a popular stop for visiting cruise ships.

TRANSFERS
The services of a Thalpos representative are included in the villa rental cost. Upon our company receiving your final payment, you will receive via post / email, a detailed package of information on how to collect car hire or find your taxi transfer to take to you villa. You will also be sent detailed driving instructions to your villa. A Welcome Letter and Villa Folder will be awaiting you in your villa providing the information that you will need for your stay on the island. The welcome letter will include telephone numbers for our offices and representatives which are on call throughout your stay in the island. (those who have hired a car and are arriving after dark are suggested to arrange for car to be delivered to villa and be transferred on arrival by taxi).

SERVICES
The cleaning staff will call in three times per week to clean your accommodation. Bed linen is provided and changed once per week. One hand towel and one bath towel per person are provided (towels are changed twice per week.) We can provide beach towels on request at some locations and at an extra cost. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

The local agent's office is located in the main town of each island where we are on hand for any of your needs. A personal villa visit can be made (on request) by our representative the day following your arrival to answer any individual queries. Our staff can help you arrange excursions, car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that may be taking place during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Even though sometimes possible, clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 13:00. On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 unless otherwise arranged with our representative.
