Overview
Villa Andreas is a charming house of great character, modern, but with many of the features so admired in traditional Corfiot houses - beamed ceilings, attractive stonework, corner fireplace. Set on a green hillside overlooking the village and harbour of Kassiopi, it has a lovely, quiet setting, but is no more than a few minutes drive away from all the amenities of Kassiopi itself.

Layout
Entrance into an open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining room.
Master double bedroom and bathroom on same floor.
Stairway down to lower floor, with utility room, hallway, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one en suite) and shower room. 

Living Area
The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with a 'cottage' style suite arranged with the fireplace being the focal point. French windows lead out to the sea-facing balcony with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.

Dining Area
The dining room suite matches the sitting room with a large dining table situated close to the kitchen.

Kitchen
The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher.

Bedrooms
A double bedroom with fitted wardrobes is situated on the first floor, just along from the sitting area. Downstairs are three further bedrooms, Bedroom 2 having a double bed and French windows leading out to the pool terrace. The third bedroom, a twin, has an en suite bathroom and French windows leading to the pool terrace. Bedroom 4, another twin, also has French windows leading to the pool terrace.
As the living area is generously-sized, it is possible to provide two camp beds which are suitable for children. (There is a 'contribution' charge to help cover the additional laundry etc.)

Bathrooms
With two 'house' bathrooms and one en suite, the villa has plenty of facilities for the family.

Outside
The large pool (9m x 5m)terrace is completely private and offers views of the surrounding olive groves and down towards Kassiopi and the sea.

The villa is surrounded by an extensive olive grove, lending it an enviable amount of privacy and offering the opportunity for a gentle stroll in the shade. A shaded terrace leads off the living area, accessed by French windows, with splendid views over the pool and down to the sea. Ample provision has been made for dining and relaxing out here. Great view from main terrace down to Kassiopi, with its fascinating harbour, cupped between the two headlands, on one of which are the remains of a Roman fortress.
