Layout

Interior
A flight of stone steps takes you to the front door of the villa from where you step into the kitchen/dining area. To the right are two bathrooms and to the left you will find the lounge and three double bedrooms. The whole villa has been tastefully decorated in soothing pastels for ultimate relaxation.

Dining Area
The dining area is open plan with the kitchen and has a large family-sized dining table and chairs in a rich dark oak.

Kitchen
The kitchen area is small but is equipped with all the essential appliances such as cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Lounge
The lounge is to the right of the kitchen, along a short corridor, and is comfortably furnished with sofa and armchairs, and has satellite TV. The room is lit from above by a large skylight.

Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes and french windows leading out onto the lovely shady terrace. The second bedroom is a pretty twin-bedded room, opposite the master bedroom, decorated in a pastel pink and having a kidney-shaped dressing table and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is also a twin, attractively furnished.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are off the kitchen/dining area. Bathroom 1 (to the left) is fully tiled with a small bath and shower attachment, together with a mirrored basin and wc. The second bathroom (to the right) is a fully tiled walk-in shower room with mirrored basin unit and wc.

Outside
Outside, the terrace wraps around two sides of the property with a spacious BBQ area to one side and a sitting area featuring a table adapted from an old olive grinding stone.
Terraces planted with mature shrubs and plants surround the house, lending it privacy without obscuring the lovely views of the beach and the mainland mountains opposite.

Parking for this villa is within a separate parking area which is also shared with Villa Chrissa. A short flight of stone steps leads from the parking area up to the property, where all the rooms and terraces are on one level.
