 Overview
The villa, which benefits from superb views, is located in the quiet village of Loustri just above Agni bay. Sleeping 4-8 people, the villa has four bedrooms, with two bedrooms and one bathroom on each level. Access to the lower level is via outside steps.
The property is ideal for two families or a large family with teenagers who want their own space.
Interior
As you enter the property it becomes very obvious that this is a much-loved family home. In fact, this is where Nathan and Eleni spend their winters in privacy, with their daughter Aphrodite.
During the summer months the family lives above the Taverna Agni, leaving their home available for you to enjoy.
Kitchen & Living area
On the upper level there is a well-equipped kitchen fitted with dishwasher and washing machine, full sized oven and microwave plus a separate fridge and freezer. The kitchen also benefits from air conditioning, as do all rooms on the upper level.
The relaxing lounge area is informal and has a home cinema 42" plasma TV system with DVD and free satellite stations as well as a portable CD/radio. Large sliding doors lead to an impressive covered balcony ideal for outdoor meals whilst admiring the view across the Corfu channel towards the stunning mountain ranges of Albania. 
Bedrooms
On the upper level there are two light and airy bedrooms - one double with king-sized bed and one twin bedded room. The master bedroom has French windows leading out to the main balcony with breathtaking views. The twin bedded room has a large picture window from which to enjoy the same scenic views.
The lower level houses two further twin bedrooms and has its own covered balcony, offering a wonderful view across the infinity pool and over the sea towards Albania.
Bathrooms
Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are spacious and have generously-sized showers.
Outside
Outside there is a stunning 'infinity' style pool with separate plunge pool and, to the side of the pool, a large olive tree provides shade for the outside dining table in the large poolside patio area close to the BBQ and set amongst well maintained terraced gardens. To the left of the villa there is private parking for two vehicles and a concealed clothes drying area.
