Overview
In the heart of this sleepy little hamlet, only two minutes from the beach and with a shared pool, Thalpos Holidays is delighted to offer the Kaminaki Villas. 'Delphine' sleeps 6 and has been fitted to the highest standard to include: air conditioning, satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), double-glazed windows and doors and a safe for your valuables.

Interior
Entry to the villa takes you immediately into the very stylish and tastefully furnished living/dining area. The kitchen is to the right with the third bedroom off and to the right. There is also a shower room on this level. A spiral staircase leads up to a very spacious landing from which the further two bedrooms and bathroom radiate

Living Area
The combination of peach and oatmeal soft furnishings, together with the dark oak tables gives the villa a modern 'traditional' feel.

Dining Area
A dark oak family dining table and chairs is right next to the kitchen and the antique camera on a tripod at the foot of the spiral staircase gives this villa it's artistic 'feature'.

Kitchen
The kitchen has plenty of fresh coloured units under and above the work surfaces. All kitchen appliances are fitted, including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine

Bedrooms
A spiral staircase leads up to a spacious landing, having fitted cupboards and a desk and chair.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is no additional charge for its use.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, a TV cabinet with mini drinks fridge, spacious fitted wardrobes, cupboards and mirrored vanity unit. French windows lead onto the balcony which overlooks the pool terrace and has views over to the mainland.
The second bedroom is a large twin with fitted wardrobes, mirrored vanity unit and French windows to the front-facing balcony.
The third bedroom is on the ground floor, next to the kitchen and living room. It has been fitted out with single beds with a large double headboard so that they can either be used together as a double or as two singles. The room also includes fitted wardrobes and cupboards with mirrored vanity unit. French windows lead onto the front, poolside terrace.
All the bedrooms have a soothing green decor and have been furnished to an exceptionally high standard in keeping with the rest of the villa. All balconies and terraces have their own table and chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying a taste of the laid-back Greek lifestyle.

Bathrooms
'Delphine' has two bathrooms, a large walk-in shower room downstairs and upstairs a bath with shower over. Each bathroom has a fitted wall-mounted hairdryer.

Outside
The villas are reached from their private parking area below via a short flight of stone steps directly onto the pool terrace. They face the sparkling kidney-shaped swimming pool which is set into the terrace - just a couple of steps away from that early morning swim! With plenty of room for sunbeds you may never want to venture further!
n addition, the villa has it's own shaded terrace and balconies where you can sit and watch others having fun in the pool! The whole of the pool terrace and surrounding area has been constructed from local stone. Kaminaki Villas have their own off-road private parking area below the pool terrace.
