Overview
The small harbour village of Saint Stephanos has now become a very popular 'up market' resort. There is a thriving local Greek community, welcoming its visitors with all the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. The coast on both sides of Saint Stephanos is a succession of one lovely bay and beach after another, some quite unfrequented, and renting a motor boat is the ideal way to explore. Relaxing evenings can be spent in one of the four waterfront Tavernas looking across the sea to Albania.

Theophilos Two is just a stone's throw from the water's edge. Its extensive balcony overlooks the harbour and is a great vantage point for watching what's going on at any time! The tavernas of Saint Stephanos are very close by. Theophilos 2 sleeps four and is ideal for a small family or two couples.

Interior
On entering this very superior apartment, you find a large and very smartly furnished open-plan living/dining room with kitchen. A small hall leads to the bathroom (bath and shower fitment) and two bedrooms - one double, one twin. Large front balcony with impressive views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with full oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, iron and board, and includes a comfortable dining area.

Living Area
In the spacious and stylishly decorated lounge area, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, TV, reading books and of course the fabulous views through the twin French doors that open on to the sea-facing balcony.

Bedrooms
The main double bedroom has French doors opening onto the balcony, air conditioning and plenty of storage space in the fitted wardrobes.

The second bedroom is a pleasant twin-bedded room, also with its own balcony accessed through French windows.

Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom houses a bath with shower over, and basin with mirror and vanity shelf above.

Outside
Outside there is a spacious sea-facing balcony with table, chairs, a shady umbrella and sun-beds.
