Overview
Villa Atlantis is a super-sized 3-bedroom villa set in spacious grounds. There are sweeping sea views from the front of the property as well as magnificent views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. A short walk along the country lane brings you to the harbourside tavernas and sandy beach.
The villa is ideal for a family or group of friends and because of its rather lovely master bedroom with three balconies it makes a super choice for a romantic honeymoon.

The villa is well designed with high quality furnishings. Its proximity to the sea and tavernas in Katelios means that car hire is only needed for exploring the rest of the island.

Layout On the ground floor is the living room with sliding patio doors leading out onto the main terrace. The Kitchen is a separate room and open plan with the dining area. Door leads out onto the terrace. On this level is a shower room which also contains the washing machine.
Stairs lead up to the first floor with a double bedroom (with en suite shower room) which has three balconies. Two more twin bedrooms each have an en suite shower room and balcony. There are lovely views from all angles of the villa.
The villa has spacious terraces providing shaded and sun-bathing areas. There is a private pool, separate round jacuzzi pool and a brick built BBQ. There are some shaded areas around the pool.

Living Room
Living room is very spacious with comfortable sofas and homely decorations.
The living room has TV, DVD and CD as well as feature fireplace and patio doors which lead out onto the terraces.

Kitchen/Dining Rooms
The kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven and toaster.
The open plan kitchen has dining area and two separate sets of French windows giving plenty of light. Dining area is part of the open plan kitchen and has table and six chairs.

Bedrooms
The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is split into two sleeping chambers, each one with a single bed.

Bathrooms
Shower room on the ground floor houses the washing machine. Shower rooms on the first floor are en-suite

Pool and Gardens
Private swimming pool measures 8 x 4 metres. Separate round outdoor jacuzzi next to the swimming pool.
There is an additional small pool which is also a jacuzzi next to the swimming pool.
The pool and villa have a mountain backdrop.
The extensive gardens include a brick built BBQ.
Dining table and chairs are provided on the terrace as well as shaded areas by the pool for alternative dining.
