Layout
The two-storey villa has a large open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. Three sets of patio doors lead out onto a shaded poolside terrace. The ground floor also houses one of the twin bedrooms and one adjacent shower-room. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor - one double and one twin. Patio doors lead out onto a large tiled and walled balcony which is shared by both bedrooms.
The villa is set in spacious walled gardens with plenty of shaded dining space and a good sized area for children to play in.

Living Room
The living room is spacious and open-plan. The lounge has plasma TV and CD stereo music system and DVD player.
The open plan lounge has three sets of patio doors all leading out onto a shaded terrace. The open plan living room provides a comfortable lounge with sofas facing the feature fireplace.

Kitchen/breakfast room
The kitchen is separated from the dining area and lounge by an American style breakfast bar. The other side of the breakfast bar is a dining table with six chairs. The dining area forms an integral part of the open-plan living space. The kitchen and dining area leads out onto the shaded poolside terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom with double bed is on the first floor. This has full en-suite bathroom and has sea views from the shared first floor spacious balcony.
On the first floor the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and shares the large balcony with the master bedroom offering lovely sea views on the horizon.
The ground floor twin bedroom has patio doors leading out to the shaded terrace and gardens. There is a separate shower room with wc and basin which is adjacent to this bedroom in the hallway. Across the hallway from this bedroom are the stairs leading to the first floor.

Bathrooms
On the ground floor there is a shower room adjacent to twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath.
On the first floor there is ashower room en-suite to twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower, en-suite to the master bedroom.

Pool and gardens
The swimming pool is set in beautifully kept gardens. The pool measures 9m x 4m and has depths of 1.2m to 1.8m.
Outside the villa, within an arched and shaded terrace, there is a wooden table and chairs for al fresco dining by the swimming pool with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and attractive bay of Trapezaki. On a clear day the island of Zakynthos is also visible.
The area has a spacious terrace for sun-bathing together with well kept lawned gardens which are walled and have plenty of space for children to play.
