Overview
Villa Nora is a two-bedroom villa offering seclusion and lovely sea views over Trapezaki bay as well as being ideally situated for shops, tavernas and local beaches.
Although the villa sleeps four persons it would also make an ideal choice for a honeymoon couple.

Layout
The villa has been cleverly designed to offer privacy with its rooms on one level with each wing of the house opening out onto the shaded terrace by the swimming pool.
The entrance leads into the open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with hallway leading to twin and double bedrooms. All rooms have patio doors leading out onto the terrace.
An interesting feature of the property is the family chapel which has been lovingly restored and is set adjacent to the Villa Nora giving the property more privacy.

Living Room
The well appointed lounge has a feature fireplace, plasma TV, DVD player and has patio doors opening out onto the pool terrace and patio doors opening out towards the BBQ area.
The furnishings and fittings show quality and style and the lounge is both comfortable and modern.

Kitchen/breakfast room
At the other end of the open-plan living area is the kitchen which is separated by a breakfast bar.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. From the kitchen there are patio doors leading out to the poolside covered patio area. The open plan dining area has large white dining table and dining chairs.

Bedrooms
A hallway from the living room leads to two bedrooms, the first of which is a twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room and wc.
The patio doors lead out to the poolside terrace with lovely sea views. There is ample wardrobe space and a safety deposit box supplied within the closet. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with full bath as well as patio doors leading out to the poolside terrace.

Bathrooms
Bathrooms are modern and fully tiled. One bathroom with full bath is en suite to the master bedroom and another fairly small shower-room with wc is situated next to the twin bedroom.
Hairdryer is supplied.

Pool and gardens
The swimming pool is set in beautifully kept lawned gardens. The pool measures 8m x 4m and has depths of 0.9m to 1.9m. Outside the villa the shaded terrace with wooden table and chairs for al fresco dining is situated by the pool offering lovely views of the surrounding countryside and attractive bay of Trapezaki. On a clear day the island of Zakynthos is also visible. Brick built BBQ to make full use of summer living.
