Layout
Villa Valio is a two-storey villa with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious balconies and verandas to take advantage of the spectacular views.
The villa has been built and designed with great care and reflects a traditional Cephalonian style combined with a modern decor.
Bedrooms and shower rooms are fairly compact with the spacial emphasis on the verandas and patio so that guests may take advantage of the special views and stunning sunsets in this region.

Living and Dining Room
The cosy living room has sofa, arm-chairs, Card-operated TV with large selection of channels and DVD. Portable Radio/CD player.
The living room is open-plan with French windows out onto a verandah with table and four chairs for al fresco dining.

Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen/dining room has dining table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge-freezer, full cooker, dish-washer, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich-maker, kettle, coffee-maker and sufficient utensils and crockery for sef-catering.
There is also a washing-machine and iron with ironing board.

Bedrooms
Double bedded room is on the ground floor with its own en-suite shower room and w.c.
Fitted wardrobes. French windows out onto verandah with wonderful sea views and terrific sunsets.
The master bedroom has patio doors to a private terrace overlooking the pool.
The second bedroom is on the first floor with en-suite very small shower room with wc.
French windows lead out to large balcony for panoramic sea views and over the pool.

Bathrooms
There is a shower room/wc on the ground floor and first floor of the villa and each one is en-suite.
The en-suite shower room/wc on the first floor is quite small and only has a hand-held shower.

Private Pool
Spacious terraces surround the swimming pool which has sun-loungers and umbrellas. Lawned gardens with flowers surrounded by wooden fences offer privacy.
Swimming pool measures 7.5 by 3.5 metres with depths of 1.20 to 1.80.
The villa has a brick built BBQ on the poolside terrace.
From the villa Valio wonderful sweeping views up to the tiny hamlet village of Vassilikades, across the rural countryside to sea and the island of Lefkas opposite, panoramically taking in ocean views towards Myrtos bay with the tip of Assos peninsula visible in the distance.
