Villa Yeraki (which means 'Hawk' in Greek) is a brand new three-bedroomed villa sleeping 6 persons with private pool and spacious terraces affording stunning uninterrupted sea views.

Yeraki is in an ideal position close to the village of Vassilikades within walking distance of its tavernas and cafes and a short drive from Fiscardo.
The villa Yeraki makes an ideal honeymoon villa as it is set in its own spacious grounds and is not overlooked. Also great for a family holiday or a group of friends because each bedroom has en-suite facilities and its own private balcony.

Layout
The front door opens into the open-plan kitchen/dining and lounge area on the ground floor. From the living room there are French windows to the shaded balcony which leads to the terrace and swimming pool area. Leading off from the living room are two bedrooms - one twin and one double, each of which has an en-suite shower-room and private balcony.
Steps lead up to the first floor twin bedroom which has a very small en-suite cloakroom and private balcony with lovely views.
The house is set in spacious gardens with swimming pool, sun-bathing terraces, BBQ and private parking.

Living Room
Cosy living room has sofas and an open fire-place. There is a card operated TV with good selection of channels plus DVD and CD player.
French windows lead from the living room to the shaded balcony with table and chairs and to steps that lead down to the swimming pool and sun-bathing terraces.

Kitchen/Dining Room
The kitchen area has large fridge-freezer. full electric cooker, dish-washer, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker, coffe-maker and kettle.
From the kitchen the front door leads out to the rear of the property and car parking area.
The dining area is situated within the kitchen with table and chairs. Further dining space is on the balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
Under the stairs the washing machine, ironing board and iron are tucked away.

Bedrooms
A short corridor and archway leads to the ground floor master bedroom which has a double bed, en-suite shower room and French windows leading out to the private balcony.
Ground floor twin bedroom has en-suite shower room and French windows leading to its private balcony.
First floor has another twin bedded room with en-suite cloakroom and private balcony.

Bathrooms
Each bedroom has en-suite facilities. The shower rooms tend to be fairly small.The first floor bathroom is really just a cloakroom with hand-basin, wc and a hand-held shower.

Swimming Pool and Gardens
Swimming pool is freshwater and measures 8 x 4 metres with Roman steps.
The pool is surrounded by spacious paved terrace with extensive sea views set in a walled garden giving plenty of space. Sunloungers and parasols are provided.
