Overview
Located in the beautiful region of Tsoukalades with fabulous views over the Agios Ioanis Cape, this delightful villa has been built with care and attention to detail to offer you the perfect holiday accommodation on Lefkada.

Layout
Split level villa with open plan living room and two bedrooms.

Living room
Large sitting room with two steps up to the bedrooms, poolside dining terrace and front terrace, all with sea views.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room
The kitchen/breakfast room is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven.

Bedrooms
Upstairs there is one double bedroom with en suite jacuzzi bath and shower over and also housing the washing machine and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have balcony and sea views.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms, one for each bedroom.

Pool
The magnificent pool terrace has fabulous views over the Cape of Agios Ioanis. Large sun umbrellas offer shade and a poolside shower will also help you to cool down!

HOW TO GET THERE
Lefkada is an island and thus one would imagine that getting to Lefkada would not be that easy. On the contrary, Lefkada is so close to the Greek mainland that is only separated by a floating bridge. This makes driving to Lefkada an option not only for people arriving from Greece, but also from Italy, Boulgaria, Roumania, etc. Lefkada does not have its own airport but Preveza Airport on the mainland is just a 15min drive to Lefkada town. You could also consider finding flights to Preveza via Athens.  This is sometimes the only option if you wish to visit Lefkada early or late season.  The two airlines that fly this route are Olympic and Aegean Airlines. http://www.olympicairlines.com/, http://en.aegeanair.com/default.aspx. Most charter flights from the UK operate on a Sunday and domestic flights from Athens operate daily.

TRANSFERS
The services of a Thalpos representative are included in the villa rental cost. Upon our company receiving your final payment, you will receive via post and email a detailed package of information on how to collect car hire/taxi transfer to take to you villa. You will also be sent detailed driving instructions to your villa. A Welcome Letter and Villa Folder will be awaiting you in your villa providing the information that you will need for your stay on the island. The welcome letter will include telephone numbers for our offices and representatives which are on call throughout your stay in the island. (those who have hired a car and are arriving after dark are suggested to arrange for car to be delivered to villa and be transferred on arrival by taxi).

SERVICES
The cleaning staff will call in three times per week to clean your accommodation. Bed linen is provided and changed once per week. One hand towel and one bath towel per person are provided (towels are changed twice per week.) We can provide beach towels on request and at an extra cost. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

The local agent's office is located in the main town of each island where we are on hand for any of your needs. A personal villa visit can be made (on request) by our representative the day following your arrival to answer any individual queries. Our staff can help you arrange excursions, car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that may be taking place during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Even though sometimes possible, clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 13:00. On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 unless otherwise arranged with our representative.
