Layout
This split-level villa has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with just a few steps leading to the two bedrooms (a double and a twin) both with en-suite bathroom and sun terrace. The whole house has air-conditioning.

Living room
The comfortable seating of the living room looks out through the double doors which lead to the dining terrace.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room
The kitchen is fully equipped with fride/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven and the dining area seats four people with ease.

Bedrooms
'Upstairs' is only a few steps away from the living area where you will find the master bedroom with access through the french windows to the pool terrace. The en suite bathroom has a bath with shower over.
A twin bedroom is at the other end of the landing and, again has access to a sun terrace. This room has an en suite shower room.
