Overview
In a peaceful residential location looking out over the surrounding area and on towards olive groves Villa Lida is ideal for families or groups of couples.
The sandy beach of Agios Ioannis is within walking distance, as too the outskirts of Lefkas town where you can wander meandering, cobbled streets where you'll find everything from local art galleries to a Frankish fortress. There are also many bars here, the ones around the harbour offer particularly nice views. A bit closer to home is the sandy Aghios Ioannis beach which makes for a fantastic place to relax in the sun.

Layout
Set off a side road on level land, Villa Lida is bright and modern in design with comfortable furnishings. The pool is easily accessed through patio doors from the living area, there is also a terrace with a permanent barbecue so meals, at any time of the day can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home.

The comfortable sitting area has patio doors leading to the pool terrace.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room
The kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room.
The twin bedroom also has an en suite shower room.

Bathrooms
Both bedrooms have en suite shower room and between the bedrooms is a large jacuzzi bathroom, ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach or by the pool!

Pool
The private swimming pool is set in its own terrace within lawned gardens. (Swimming Pool 7m x 4m, 0.8m-1.8m with poolside shower.)
