Overview
In a peaceful residential location looking out over the surrounding area and on towards olive groves Villa Maria is ideal for families or groups of couples. Just two km away is the main town of the island, Lefkada - here you can wander meandering, cobbled streets where you'll find everything from local art galleries to a Frankish fortress. There are also many bars here, the ones around the harbour offer particularly good views of the marina.

Within walking distance is the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis beach, a fantastic place to relax in the sun.

Layout
Open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast room and sitting room leading through double doors to the pool terrace. Two en suite bedrooms and jacuzzi bathroom.

Living room
Set off a side road on level land the villa Maria is bright and modern in design with comfortable furnishings. The pool is easily accessed through patio doors from the living area, there is also a terrace with barbecue so meals, at any time of the day can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own villa.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room
The kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven.

Bedrooms
The master double bedroom has a large walk-through closet area leading to the en suite shower room.

Bathrooms
Between the two bedrooms is a large jacuzzi room - a great place to relax after a day by the pool or on the beach!

Pool
The shaded veranda is accessed directly from the living room and the pool is set within a lawned and terraced garden with brick BBQ. (Swimming Pool 7m x 4m, 0.8m-1.8m. Poolside shower.)
