Overview
Paxos, tiny and incredibly beautiful, has always attracted yachtsmen and Lakka has always been a very special port of call, with its fine sheltered bay and exquisite setting. Green hills drop down to a bay where the water is of an intoxicating shade of turquoise, fringed with white beaches. Villa Alexander is one of a group of three semi-detached villas set on a headland with superb views over Lakka. Alexander has its own large and very attractive swimming pool, and beautiful pool terrace with a corner viewpoint that will prove hard to get up and walk away from! Quiet beaches are just a short walk away.

Layout
Ground floor: Large kitchen/living/dining room opening on to front terrace, with sofa bed sleeping two persons/children, two bedrooms (one twin and one double), bathroom.
First floor: Master double bedroom with bathroom, front and side verandahs.

Kitchen/Living room
The kitchen is attractively finished in pale wood, and is satisfactorily equipped. It incorporates a convenient dining area and links with the lounge area. The living room opens on to a verandah with a superb view over Lakka and its bay. The living room is quite simply furnished and is dominated by its view. Big sofas convert easily into extra sleeping accommodation for two guests or children. The balconies enjoy the most wonderful views - right into the heart of Lakka.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) is located upstairs, and has its own balcony from which to admire the stunning view. Air-conditioned. Attractively fitted, with full bath, shower fitment and glass screen, vanity unit and w.c. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor. A double and a twin. They are both air-conditioned.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are equipped with full bath and shower fitting.

Pool
Villa Alexander has an unusually-shaped private swimming pool (8m x 8m), with a children's section. It is surrounded by broad paved terraces, open to cool breezes and overlooking fantastic views. The corner pictured (see photo) will become a favourite, with the pleasant shade from its windshaped tree, and its inspiring view. There is plenty of room at the villa for outdoor meals near the pool, under the shade of a bushy Cyprus tree.

Balcony/Terrace
The view of Lakka from Villa Alexander must be one of the loveliest in Paxos, especially perhaps in the evening, when the sky is suffused with the afterglow of the sunset.
