Overview
Kantada Villas are a group of four identical properties that were designed with privacy in mind. Located in a picturesque corner of Paxos, just a few steps from a small sandy beach, they also share a large pool. Each villa is suitable for a family of up to four. Alternatively they are an ideal choice for friends who wish to holiday together yet enjoy their own space too.

Layout
The ground floor has an open plan area comprising a living/dining area and a kitchen. Also on this floor is an air conditioned twin bedroom complete with en suite. The master bedroom, again twin bedded, with air conditioning and an en suite shower room, is on the first floor.

Living room
The living area is comfortably furnished in a traditional style. The tiled floor helps to keep things cool even in the heat of the day, whilst the cheery decor ensures the place feels friendly and inviting. The patio doors lead from this area out onto a large covered terrace with wonderful sea views.

Kitchen and dining area
The kitchen enjoys plenty of cupboard space and is well equipped, with a full sized cooker and hob and fridge freezer. Conveniently close to the kitchen, the indoor dining area seats four comfortably.

Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are simply yet tastefully furnished, and enjoy good sized picture windows with views out over the surrounding area. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a fresh, clean en suite shower room.

The twin bedroom is on the ground floor. Both this and the master bedroom have the benefit of air conditioning as well as en suite facility.

Bathrooms
The two en suite shower rooms are simply decorated with clean white tiling. They have large, well illuminated mirrors and both showers have those all important curtains. A small issue perhaps, but one often missing from Greek showers!

Outdoor living
The internal accommodation is without doubt very pleasant. However, one of the villas most endearing features are the lovely, large covered balconies. Here the sea views and attractive outdoor dining furniture make them the ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely meal or drink whilst making the most of the balmy temperatures and fabulous scenery.

Pool
The four villas share a large pool. With it's surrounding sun terraces and stunning views out over the deep blue waters of the Ionian Sea you'll be hard pressed to make that all important decision. Do you go to the beach where the gently lapping waves will come to meet you? Or do you sunbathe on the terrace, occasionally disturbing the calm still waters of the pool when you take a cooling dip.
