Overview
Thanasis has its own pool and is one of a group of three semi-detached villas located on a South-facing headland, opposite the pretty harbour of Lakka. This villa is of particularly unusual design and layout, and has extensive balconies with stunning seaviews. A very pretty private pool is set just in front of the house. For those who enjoy sea-bathing, however, there are paths winding down the hillside to some wonderful beaches on either side of the headland.Thanasis was designed to resemble the lighthouse which is on the headland above. The lounge and kitchen feature large arched windows creating a light and airy atmosphere.

Layout
Ground floor: Very spacious living room with kitchen and dining/sitting areas including a sofa-bed sleeping two in comfort.
Lower ground floor: Master double bedroom (air-conditioned), two bathrooms.

Kitchen/Living room
This is a very large living space with kitchen, sitting and dining areas incorporated, and a comfortable sofa-bed sleeping two. A wall of windows opens on to a circular balcony with fantastic views, which in turn opens on to the lovely private swimming pool. Each lounge sofa opens into a double bed so that 2 people can comfortably sleep. (Note: at the time of taking these photos, the curtains were being dry-cleaned.)

Bedroom
The master bedroom is on the lower floor, and opens on to its own balcony. Air conditioned.

There are two large shower rooms.

Balcony/Terrace
Thanasis has two wonderfully spacious terraces from which to observe the stunning views and pool, and they are ideal for outdoor living. The lovely swimming pool is right below the main terrace.

Yachts regularly moor over night in the bay, lending a very cosmopolitan air to the regular evening entertainment of people watching!
