The Olive Grove villa is in a splendid location, among lush olive groves and within walking distance of the beach.

Olive Grove is in a peaceful, private location, perfect for those wishing to completely relax. It benefits from a lovely furnished terrace, its own private swimming pool and private grounds. The beach and other facilities are all within walking distance. Although not essential, a car would definitely allow you to make the most of this magnificent location.

You will find the living area comfortably furnished with a beamed ceiling, a dining area and French doors leading onto the terrace. To one side is the kitchen, with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The three air-conditioned bedrooms are all on the gorund floor with large wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside tables.

The double bedroom overlooks the olive groves, whilst the twin bedroom has French doors opening onto the terrace. The third bedroom has full-size bunk beds, suitable for adults, and also looks out onto the olive groves. There are two bathrooms: the first has a bath, shower, WC and hand basin, the second has a shower, WC and hand basin.

Olive Grove offers excellent comfort and privacy amongst surrounding areas of natural beauty.

HOW TO GET THERE
With no airport on Paxos, most visitors fly to the nearby island of Corfu and then transfer by hydrofoil or sea taxi. It is an exciting start to your holiday! Charter flights to Corfu operate from most major European airports from May to October. To allow for same day transfers to Paxos, we recommend flights that arrive at Corfu not later than 13.00hrs. This avoids an overnight stay on Corfu, although if necessary, onward transfers can be arranged the following morning. Later sea planes are available on some days. Late sea taxis will run often into the early evening but are more expensive and uneconomic for small party sizes.

TRANSFERS
We offer clients who pre-book transfers with us the following services:  Our representative will meet you at Corfu airport with a pre-arranged taxi to transfer you to the port. Transfer to Paxos is via hydrofoil or sea taxi - depending on pre-booked choice. Our Paxos representative will await your arrival in Gaios, Paxos with a pre-arranged taxi transfer to your accommodation or provide you with a pre-reserved hire car.  If you have chosen Thalpos Holidays to book the hydrofoil to Paxos - your tickets will be either handed to you at the airport or collected from the Ionian Sea Cruises Office, directly opposite the port entrance.

The sea taxi is around 280 Euro each way to charter privately and can seat up to 12 persons.  If shared with others - this option can work out to be more cost effective for a smaller group.  You may book this directly by contacting Nick the Operator (contact details will be given by our reservation office).

SERVICES
The services of a Thalpos representative are included in the villa rental cost. Once your final payment has been received and confirmed, you will receive via post / email a detailed package of information on how to collect car hire/taxi transfer to take to you villa. You will also be sent detailed driving instructions to your villa. A Welcome Letter and Villa Folder will be awaiting you in your villa providing the information that you will need for your stay on the island. The welcome letter will include telephone numbers for our offices and representatives which are on call throughout your stay in the island. (those who have hired a car and are arriving after dark are suggested to arrange for car to be delivered to villa and be transferred on arrival by taxi). We can either arrange a hire car or taxi to meet you at the port of Gaios.

The cleaning staff will call in three times per week to clean your accommodation. Bed linen is provided and changed once per week. One hand towel and one bath towel per person are provided (towels are changed twice per week.) We can provide beach towels on request and at an extra cost. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

There is a local agent's office located on each island where we are on hand for any of your needs. A personal villa visit can be made (on request) by our representative the day following your arrival to answer any individual queries. Our staff can help you arrange excursions, car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that may be taking place during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Even though sometimes possible, clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 13:00. On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 unless otherwise arranged with our representative.
