INTERIOR
The interiors of Villas Lithos are comfortably furnished and fully equipped for all of your holiday needs. You will find in all villas, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, air-conditioning autonomous central heating (and even an electrical iron). There is a beautifully landscaped garden and a spacious car-park.

You can enjoy your breakfast on the roomy balconies, with a view of the sea and Stoupa village. After breakfast have a dip in the oversized swimming pool.

 

EXTERIOR
The villas are surrounded by lush and landscaped gardens.  There is plenty of room for kids to play and to explore around the property.      

SURROUNDINGS
The location of Villas Lithos is one of its main attractions as it is within a short walk to the lovely village of Stoupa.  Here you can find all manner of shops, restaurants and cafes as well as supermarkets for essentials. 
The wonderful sandy beaches which hug the village on both sides of the town are within easy walking distance of the property.  In addition, this is an excellent place from which to explore by car the area of Mani the rest of the Peloponese further a field.

HOW TO GET THERE
You can fly to Mani via Kalamata or Athens. The village of Stoupa is located approximately 45 km from the airport of Kalamata making this the most convenient arrival point. During the season there are charter flights directly to Kalamata (the majority of these flights are for package tours but there are usually options to purchase flight only). Scheduled flights to Athens are available year round. Via Athens, you may either hire a rental car or take the national bus service to Kalamata or directly to Stoupa. Alternatively you may take a private taxi transfer which can be arranged by the booking office. If driving to Greece from abroad, a ferry into either Igoumenitsa or Patras (250km to Kalamata) are the closest ferry ports to the area of Mani.

TRANSFERS
The services of a Thalpos representative are available to you by phone. As we work in a close relationship with the owners of the properties in Stoupa, we will be able to handle any need that may arise. Upon our company receiving your final payment, you will receive via post and email a detailed package of information on how to collect car hire/taxi transfer to take to you villa. You will also be sent detailed driving instructions to your villa along with a welcome letter providing the information that you will need for your stay on the islands. The welcome letter will include telephone numbers for our offices in Skopelos and representatives which are on call throughout your stay in the island. (Those who have hired a car and are arriving after dark to Kalamata are suggested to arrange for car to be delivered to villa and be transferred on arrival by taxi).

SERVICES
Cleaning service is provided daily with linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning (excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

Our villa book will provide you with local information on the area as to what there is to see and do. We can arrange for you excursions and car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that may be taking place during your stay. Our aim is, as always, to provide a highly personalized service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience. The Thalpos Holidays villa book will also give detailed information about the villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Even though sometimes possible, clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 14:00. On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise arranged with our office or the owner of the property directly.
