INTERIOR
Pelagia Stone House is designed to be ideal for a couple but a third person can be accommodated on the sofa if needed.  The entrance hall sets the tone of the décor with the elegant sitting room to the right and the bathroom and bedroom to the left of the hall. 

A beautiful sitting room with a fireplace has patio doors onto two terraces.  The atmosphere is mellow and harmonious with a strong natural feeling by the combination of the stone walls, wooden floors, furnishings and the timber ceiling.  There is also 32” TV and DVD-CD system.

The kitchen is set in an alcove on one side of the room and blends easily with the décor.  It has all modern kitchen conveniences one would expect including a dishwasher and full cooker/oven.  The bathroom features a full-size ‘massage’ bath /shower with wooden surroundings and furnishings.  The inside is a wonderful design mixture of rendered walls contrasted with exposed stone.  A washing machine with dryer is provided. 

The bedroom with oversized double bed is furnished comfortably and tastefully.  Like the sitting room, it is a mellow combination of wooden floor and ceilings with both stone and rendering.  A double French door conveniently leads to the terrace. 

The unusual philosophy of the owners to design the house according to ancient Feng Shui guidelines makes this a unique opportunity to experience something new.  They believe that their guests will feel health and vitality when staying in the house.  Their hope is to ensure high energy levels and that the harmonious design in the building will guarantee vitality, which is the basis for good rest and a healthy sleep!

EXTERIOR
Pelagia Stone House is beautifully built in local stone and sits in a wonderful cliff-side location facing toward Stoupa bay.  The Stone House looks stunning from the exterior and is elegantly lit by night.  The spacious terraces and comfortable outdoor furniture with built-in seating is perfect for lounging and relaxing in this seascape.  The Jacuzzi is set down a level at the edge of the rocks and gives an added touch of pampering.  Truly this is the best place to spend relaxing evenings to unwind.     

SURROUNDINGS
Pelagia are two fabulous villas which sit on the same property but each offer the utmost of privacy.  The villas are situated on the north side of Stoupa Bay.  Their position on the edge of the small cliffs overlooking the sea has sensational views of the bay and out to the open sea.  The villas are within easy walking distance of the beaches and all of the amenities of the village of Stoupa.  This location is perfect for exploring so many historical and important sites in the area such as Olympia, Mystras, Monemvasia, the Diros caves and the Mani Peninsula Gulf of Messinia.
