INTERIOR VILLA 1 - PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
Villa number 1 is decorated in a modern style with a mix of shiny black marble tiles and wood floors. The mix of modern and traditional make for a wonderful combination of style. The entrance of this villa opens to a mezzanine bedroom with two twin beds and a spacious balcony which looks out upon the pool. There is a screen for privacy and a w/c shower room.

Down a few stairs leads to the kitchen/sitting room level with built in Skopelitian sofas and large fireplace. The two French windows lead to the spacious terrace and the kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and decorated with modern black cabinets and stainless steel accents.

The next level down comprises the master bedroom suite with en-suite w/c with full sized bathtub, king sized bed and spacious wardrobe. The double French doors lead to steps which take you down to the pool area. The large laundry room with washing machine is also on this level. A few more steps lead to the bottom floor of the house where there is an open room with a double bed and double French doors leading to the kidney shaped pool.

INTERIOR VILLA 3 - PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
Villa number 3 has exactly the same layout as number 5 with slightly different colours and decorations. The master bathroom is decorated in grey tiles and has no stone wall backing the king sized bed but has stone built in bedside tables.

INTERIOR VILLA 4 - PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
The entrance to Villa 4 leads into a mezzanine level where there is a bedroom with twin beds, screened for privacy and a spacious w/c shower room. Villa 4 is decorated with slightly different colours and decorations including terracotta tiled floors.

From the mezzanine a small flight of stairs leads to the spacious kitchen/sitting room again with a corner fireplace. There is also the same terrace which runs the length of the building. Another flight of stairs lead to the middle level which comprises the master bedroom. In this model there is a full sized bathtub in the master bedroom with windows looking out toward the lovely views.

The w/c is en-suite to the master bedroom. The king sized bed, spacious wardrobes and dressing table make an extremely comfortable master suite. There is a laundry room/washing machine on this level. The bottom level of this model is an open room with two twin beds and balcony doors leading to the large rectangular shaped pool.

The living room has a built-in sofa with a traditional brick fireplace in the corner and from here, large French doors lead out to an expansive terrace which runs the length of the building. A comfortable outdoor table and chairs make a wonderful place for enjoying long, leisurly meals on the terrace. Attractive indoor furnishings such as a wooden breakfast table and pretty carved chairs along with an old cooper coffee table add to the look of quality of the entire villa. With this new, fully equipped kitchen at hand and comfortable surroundings, complemented by stunning views to the harbour and the whitewashed houses of town below you will rarely want to leave the villa.

Another flight of stairs lead to the middle level of the building where there is a spacious bedroom with twin beds and windows facing out to the same fantastic views of the mountains opposite, the harbour and Skopelos Town below. On this same level is the laundry room with washing machine and plenty of wardrobe space.

The master bedroom is found on the bottom level of the house as well as a very spacious w/c with bathtub. This master bathroom is decorated in pretty yellow tiles and is fully modern with a full length bathtub. Across the hallway, the nicest feature of the large master bedroom is a traditional stone wall with a pretty lighted archway and a king sized bed in the center. There is a large wardrobe on one wall and double French doors lead to the pool area. Many lazy days will be spent lounging around this very private and spacious pool area. The views from the large, rectangular shaped pool are stunning and fantastic sunsets can be watched as the sun sinks slowly behind the hills of the town.

EXTERIOR
This newly developed area slightly below the monastery of Evangelistria is cut into the hillside and surrounded by greenery. Its stone walls, large verandas, spacious land give it a luxury not many places can compare to. The beautifully landscaped gardens with the private swimming pools positioned on the edge of the hillside, make for some of the most fabulous views of Skopelos harbour to be found.

The location of the property also suits walkers extremely well as there a number of old donkey trails and paths in the surrounding hillsides.
