INTERIOR VILLA 1

Entering into this large sitting room you will see stunning views from the wall to wall windows and the French doors lead out to an expansive pool area. The kitchen is enclosed in this model and has pass-through areas that look into the sitting room. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher. There is also a small w/c shower room on the ground floor. The design of this main floor is perfect for living in and outdoors, blending the two together in an attractive way. There is a round, free standing fireplace, which hangs strikingly in the middle of the room, and the floors are of wood. The laundry room/washing machine is on this level.

The winding stairway leads to the bedroom level where there is a spacious w/c with a large corner bath. The enormous room at the top of the stairs can be either divided into two separate bedrooms, or kept as a large suite. One section has a double bed and the other two single beds. The separation is cleverly designed by using two sets of doors on either side which can close off each room completely. This creates a hallway between the rooms. The w/c bathroom is reached through this hallway if sectioned off into two bedrooms. The front half of the room is lined with windows to take advantage of the wonderful views to the town and harbour. The back half is very spacious, light and airy with lots of windows facing to the mountains. There is a second entry to this room via a spiral stairway which leads up from the main entry. (Sleeps 4 people).

INTERIOR VILLA 4 (3 bedroom villa) - PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
The large sitting room of Villa 4 has 3 French windows which are floor to ceiling and nearly wall to wall which lead out to the spacious pool area. The kitchen is enclosed in this model and has an interesting open walkway from kitchen to sitting room as well as a small breakfast bar and dishwasher. The roofs of this room are in a rounded, Cycladic style and painted in soft grey tones. The design of this main floor makes the perfect blend for living both in and outdoors. There is a fireplace on one wall and a comfortable sofa and coffee table facing out to the pool and the sea. A small w/c shower room next to the winding stairway, which leads to the upper level. The top level consists of a hallway off of which is an unusually designed w/c with a built-in tiled bathtub and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed facing the harbour and Skopelos town with a shared balcony. The third bedroom has built-in corner single beds and faces out to the mountains. (Sleeps 6 people)

EXTERIOR
Thea Villas are individually designed, each with well thought out floor plans and colourful decorations. They are layered down the hillside, which affords each of the villas the maximum privacy. The pool areas are all expansive and each pool uniquely shaped. They are attractively landscaped with grassy areas and wooden decking around the pools. Villas number 1 and 4 have BBQ with outdoor fridge.

SURROUNDINGS
These villas are made extremely attractive not only by their fantastic sea views, but also their close proximity to town. Within 2 kms of the town and 6 kms to some of the islands best beaches, they have something to suit everyone. Stafilos and Velanio Beaches, two of the most beautiful and popular beaches are just a few minutes drive from the villa. The convenience of Skopelos town, with its full array of restaurants, shops and cafes, all within just a few minutes drive from the villa, make it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car. The location of the property also suits walkers extremely well. There are many monasteries and walking trails from this area with spectacular views of the town and harbour opposite.

Sie werden eine Wegbeschreibung/Landkarte zu Ihrer Unterkunft erhalten, die Sie mit Ihrem Leihwagen eigenständig erreichen können.

SERVICES

Im Mietpreis einer Unterkunft inkludiert sind zweimal pro Woche, (ausser sonntags) Hausreinigung und Bettwaeschewechsel (inkl. die Reinigung am Ankunftstag). Mehrmalige Reinigung kann auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis bestellt werden. Kinderbetten, Kinderstuehle, extra Betten, Willkommenpacket, Sekt, Blumen und anderes koennen auch auf Anfrage und mit Mehrkosten bestellt werden. Bitte sprechen Sie unser Buchungspersonal darauf an, sollten Sie dahingehende Wuensche haben.

Unser Buero befindet sich im alten Hafen, es ist jede Tag, ausser sonntags, geoeffnet. Einen Tag nach Ihrer Ankunft besuchen wir Sie in Ihrer Villa, um all Ihre persönlichen Fragen zu beantworten. Im Buero informieren wir Sie gerne ueber Mietwagen, Ausfluege und vieles mehr. Da wir seit ueber 20 Jahren auf den Inseln leben und taetig sind, ist es uns moeglich, fast jede Frage zu beantworten, fast jeden Wunsch zu erfuellen. Zusätzlich finden Sie in jeder Unterkunft ein „Villa Buch“ mit detaillierten Beschreibungen des Hauses, inklusive Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strände in der Nähe.

ZUSAETZLICHE INFORMATIONEN

Obwohl es manchmal möglich ist, können unsere Kunden Ihre Unterkunft in der Regel nicht vor 14:00 belegen. Wenn es mit unserem Stadtbüro nicht anders vereinbart wurde, muss die Villa am Abreisetag spätestens um 11:00 verlassen warden.
