THE COTTAGE

INTERIOR
The lower floor of this two level cottage comprises the living/kitchen areas of the house. From the main, front entrance of the house, one enters into the traditional living room with fireplace and large formal dining table.

An open doorway leads to the kitchen area where the facilities are simple, yet adequate for holiday meals. A smaller, breakfast table is also found in the kitchen. There is a separate door leading out to the terrace from the kitchen for ease of serving al fresco meals.

The upper level of the cottage is reached by an outside stairway leading to two separate bedrooms, each with double beds. The bedrooms are traditionally furnished in pine, have open beamed ceilings and cool tiled floors. The bedrooms have separate outside entrances as well as access via French doors on to a terrace with fantastic views toward the harbour and over the sea to Alonissos.

EXTERIOR
The low stone walls and tall Pine trees, from which the house derives its name, give a wonderful character to this secluded cottage. Set on its own spacious grounds, high on a hill, the views from its many terraces are stunning in all directions.

Guests of Pefko Cottage are likely to spend the majority of their time relaxing outside on the large sea-facing terrace where there is a barbeque and dining area. The inviting private pool is set off to the side of the terrace and is the perfect setting for long sunny days lazing in the sun with a good book or glass of retsina.

SURROUNDINGS
 The 10 minute drive to Pefkos Cottage from town is reached by steep winding roads offering stunning views. The nearest beach to the house, Glyfoneri Beach is about an 8 minute drive away. Just around the corner from Skopelos port, at the bay of Ag. Konstaninos, Glyfoneri has a small selection of typical tavernas open from mid-May to mid September.

The more popular beaches of Staiflos and Velanio are reached in about 15 minutes drive by crossing to the south coast of the island. Given its countryside setting and Skopelos' exquisite nature, Pefkos Cottage is perfect for walkers. The surrounding hillsides have many donkey tracks for an early morning stroll in the countryside. In any direction from the cottage, you will find fantastic views, nature and photographic opportunities.

SUITABILITY
 Pefkos Cottage is perfect for families or couples alike. The bedrooms with separate entrances ensures privacy and independence for older children as well as two couples wanting the fun of holidaying together. The cottage is also perfect for a romantic hideaway for two with its private pool and spacious surroundings.

Την επομένη της άφιξής σας, αντιπρόσωπός μας θα σας επισκεφτεί στη βίλα, για να λύσει κάθε σας απορία και να σας δώσει επιπλέον πληροφορίες που θα σας βοηθήσουν να περάσετε όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα.

Εκτός από τον παραπάνω τρόπο μεταβίβασης στο κατάλυμά σας, υπάρχουν και άλλοι τρόποι με ή χωρίς επιπλέον επιβάρυνση.

Το Thalpos Holidays συμπεριλαμβάνει στις υπηρεσίες του γενική καθαριότητα, αλλαγή στα σεντόνια και πετσέτες δύο φορές την εβδομάδα (εκτός Κυριακής). Εάν επιθυμείτε επιπλέον μέρες καθαριότητας, αυτό μπορεί να κανονιστεί εφόσον ο πελάτης το ζητήσει πριν από την άφιξή του με επιπλέον επιβάρυνση. Παιδικά κρεβατάκια, ψηλές καρέκλες για μωρά και επιπλέον κρεβάτια, επίσης μπορούν να κανονιστούν,εφόσον αυτά ζητηθούν, καθώς και καλάθι καλωσορίσματος, λουλούδια, σαμπάνια κτλ. Επικοινωνήστε με το προσωπικό μας για διαθεσιμότητα και τιμές. Το γραφείο μας βρίσκεται στην παραλία της πόλης της Σκοπέλου. Το γραφείο λειτουργεί καθημερινά πρωί και απόγευμα εκτός Κυριακής. Εκεί μπορείτε να ενημερωθείτε για οποιαδήποτε τυχόν λεπτομέρεια. Μπορείτε, ακόμη, να κλείσετε εκδρομές, ημερήσιες κρουαζιέρες,να ενοικιάσετε αυτοίινητο ή να ενημερωθείτε για τυχόν εκδηλώσεις του νησιού κατά την διάρκεια των διακοπών σας. Ο στόχος μας είναι να σας προσφέρουμε τις καλύτερες υπηρεσίες και να κάνουμε την διαμονή σας πιο όσο πιο άνετη και ευχάριστη γίνεται.
