INTERIOR
Entering into the top floor of these lovely two-storey houses, the large open-planned space of 35sqm includes a huge double bed with en-suite w/c shower room and a sea facing balcony. Downstairs on the ground floor you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a big wooden dining table. The living room has comfortable sofas and a cozy fire place. These sofas can become one double bed and one single bed sleeping another 3 persons. On this ground floor you also find a luxurious bathroom with ½ bath. The spacious terrace is reached via the sitting room and will certainly be a favourite spot for enjoying the exceptional views of the sea and neighbouring islands. Occupants of two of the villas, Io and Europa, have the exclusive use of two private swimming pools (3,5x7x1,5m each private for its own villa). The third villa, Kallisto does not have a swimming pool.

The decoration and the design of the villas are accented with calm tones and are perfect for relaxation. EXTERIOR
Every villa is characterized by its large windows and doors which let vast amounts of light through.  The south facing exposure on which the villas are purposely built, takes full advantage of even the last seconds of daylight which end in spectacular sunsets. The surrounding areas of the villas are wonderfully landscaped and sit high and proud on the hillside overlooking the sea.

SURROUNDINGS
The villas are situated 3 kilometres away from the lively village of Skiathos and just 400 metres away from the beautiful beach of Vassilia with its deep, clear blue waters.  This north-west area of the island is lush and green with an abundance of olive and pines.  The complex of three two-floor villas seems to float above the vast blue of the Aegean dotted with the small islands of Skiathos and the western area of Skopelos as its view.

This modern architectural design combined with plenty of local character and decoration has been built with holiday pleasures in mind.  The blending of the colours and design stays in perfect harmony with the attitude of the island in general.
