INTERIOR
These well-appointed Cottages are open plan giving the design a spacious feel. Entering into the kitchen and living room the open beamed ceilings and tiled floors lend a warm traditional feeling to the spaces. French doors lead out to a roomy terrace which offers spectacular views of the town and sea. Each cottage has its own private terrace with comfortable furniture and a portable BBQ.
The kitchens are fully equipped and perfect for fixing those tasty holiday meals while serving al fresco is easy and convenient. The cottages each have a double bed with additional sleeping space on the comfortable sofa bed in the sitting room.
Cottage number 3 is located in the lower building and has an open plan design with the bedroom separated from the main spaces only by a partial wall. The property managing owners live in an apartment below Cottage number 3. Both Cottage 1 (top left) and Cottage 2 (top right) are together in the upper building and have the exact same design with a completely separated bedroom. Each of the cottages is designed for the optimum privacy for all.
EXTERIOR
Kipos Cottages are traditionally built and comprise two separate buildings. The lovely stone walls and red tiled roofs blend well into the nature on the hillsides. The shared swimming pool and Jacuzzi is situated at the bottom of the property as is the pool bar which enjoys the same spectacular views as the cottages.
These family owned cottages are maintained to the highest standards and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere that you will easily call 'home'.
SURROUNDINGS
The Kipos Cottages are centrally located as to be convenient to both town and the wonderful beaches Skiathos is famous for. Just a few minutes drive takes you to the town of Skiathos which offers a full variety of shopping, tavernas and cafes. Its convenient location is only 10 minutes drive from Skiathos airport and less than that to the closest beach of Megali Ammos . Walking is always a pleasure on this verdant island and there are an abundance of trails nearby the cottages.
SUITABILITY
Kipos Cottages are great for both couples and families with children due to its convenient location to all of the amenities Skiathos has to offer. The shared pool is perfect for long lazy days in the sun and the pool bar adds the perfect touch for a holiday of fun and new friends.

TRANSFERS
The services of a Thalpos representative are included in the rental cost. Our representative will meet you on the port of Skopelos/Alonissos upon arrival (1st arriving party for each property) and will give you a Welcome Letter which will include telephone numbers for our office and representatives. Also included will be driving instructions and a map to get to your property independently if you have not booked an escorted transfer with us AND are arriving before dark.

SERVICES
Thalpos provides cleaning service and linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning (excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.
The main Thalpos Holidays Service Office is located on the harbour front in Skopelos Town, although a personal villa visit may be arranged with our representative the day following your arrival to answer any individual queries. Our staff can help you arrange excursions and car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that may be taking place during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.
In addition, a Thalpos Holidays villa folder will be found in each villa, giving detailed information about the villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Even though sometimes possible, clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 14:00. On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise arranged with our Service Office.
