Villa 2 – Entering into the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and sitting room beyond, this room has the advantage of looking straight out onto a covered patio and to the view beyond.

The room is decorated in a comfortable, yet modern style with chrome touches in the décor. The fireplace and television area are located at the end of the room. The door from the kitchen leads straight to the outdoor dining area and is near the BBQ for easy serving of al fresco meals.
One bedroom is located on the ground level of the house which has a double bed and French doors leading directly out to the pool terrace. There is a w/c shower room which can be closed off for the bedrooms’ private use or can be used communally with the main living space.
An open stairway from the kitchen leads to a 2 nd sitting room which is situated under the eaves of the house which creates a sloping roof. The space is furnished with a couple of chairs and coffee table and a mattress on the floor which serves as a sofa or an extra sleeping space for 1 person. The low windows are situated under the eves and have the same stunning views from a sitting position. Please keep in mind that head space is limited in this area of the house.
A second bedroom is also found upstairs and looks out over the pool area. This bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite w/c shower room. |

EXTERIOR
The spacious terraces, built-in BBQ and large pool combined with the spectacular views of the sea from its elevated position will make outdoor living a priority in these villas. This large property offers complete privacy with an electronically controlled entrance gate. The villas are completely separated and on different levels of the hillside. Each villa is walled with its own private entrance gate.

SURROUNDINGS
Thalassa Pool Villas are situated high in the hills above the town which afford its stunning views. Only 3.5 klm to Skiathos town and airport, its convenient location is perfect for those not wanting to drive a lot whilst on holiday. The nearest beach is just a couple of klms further from town at Megali Ammos. Perhaps the best of all though, is that there are two good quality tavernas located just 500m from the villa, easily within walking distance. Some of the islands best walking can be done in this area as well with the beautiful monastery of Evangelistria within an hours hike from the villa.
SUITABILITY
Thalassa Pool Villas are a wonderful choice for both families and couples with the convenience of two en-suite bedrooms. The villas would also be a good choice for larger parties, family reunions or even with two families travelling together allowing each to have their own private villa but sharing the same property.
