INTERIOR
Villa Loutraki is set amongst nature, high on the hillside above Loutraki harbour with stunning views out to sea and across to the village of Glossa. The villa is traditional in style but with many modern touches which can be appreciated on entry into the light and airy open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV and large glass doors leading out to a splendid terrace from which to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. The dining area also has floor to ceiling glass doors which lead out to the same terrace and is set to the side of the large and well equipped kitchen, complete with full oven, dishwasher and microwave. Also on this floor is a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a shower room/wc.

Stairs lead to the upper floor where there is further double bedded room and a third bedroom with twin beds. These two bedrooms have French windows leading out to a shared, shaded veranda with stunning views across the sea to Skiathos and the mainland beyond. There is also a second shower room/wc on this floor.

EXTERIOR
Villa Loutraki has large terraces from which to admire the fantastic views over the sea, as well as a large pool terrace and, to one side of the villa, a traditionally built BBQ and large dining table for enjoying those al fresco meals whilst watching the sun set over the sea.   There is also an old pine tree in the grounds to provide ample shade.  

The villa is accessed by a steep road/driveway from the main road.  There is parking directly at the villa, or alternatively one can leave the car up on the main road and walk to the villa which is approximately 60m away.
