INTERIOR
Entering into the open plan living area, this newly built villa is very spacious and light. There are several seating areas in the sitting room with comfortable sofas and chairs which all enjoy stunning views down the valley to the harbour. Large picture windows wrap the room allowing lots of light and optimum views to the pool and terraces. The room has a large dining table just off of the corner kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and has a back door leading out to a terrace with built-in BBQ. In addition, near this back door is the entrance to a spacious bedroom furnished with two single beds, wardrobe and vanity with mirror. Again, the large windows are carried through to this bedroom which enjoys the same outstanding views toward the harbour and sea. There is also a w/c shower room with bathtub on the ground level of the house.

From the living room, a wooden staircase leads up to a 2nd bedroom furnished with a double bed. This light and comfortable bedroom has stunning views to the vistas below and a door leading out to a spacious and private balcony/terrace. From this elevated position, overlooking the pool and gorgeous views, a relaxing morning can be spent over coffee and a good book.  A brand new, en-suite w/c shower room as been added to this master bedroom.  Another added feature is an upstairs, private entrance to this bedroom which is also convenient to the parking space above the house.

EXTERIOR
This newly built, modern villa sits amongst the pine trees high up on the hills and is surrounded by generous terraces. The private swimming pool sits toward the edge of the property and has outstanding views in all directions. The convenience of the built-in BBQ situated near the kitchen will ensure the ease of making tasty holiday meals which can be enjoyed at the spacious outdoor dining area.

SURROUNDINGS
Villa Margarita is located in the area of Pefkias (Greek for Pine Tree) which aptly is in the midst of lush pine forests. There are lots of places to explore while walking and hiking, even down to the beaches of Limnonari and Agnondas which are approx 1 hour by foot from the villa. In any direction you will find natural springs and small chapels scattered in the hillsides.

SUITABILITY
Margarita is great for couples who like to be close enough to town for a meal out, yet be in their countryside villa amongst the nature within an approximate 10 minute drive. It also suits families with children due to its large outdoor spaces and terraces where the small ones can enjoy exploring. The close proximity to some of the islands loveliest beaches gives it an added bonus of convenience.
