Main House
The main villa is situated on the two top floors of this 3 floor building.  The main entrance is into the bedroom level where there is a long hallway.  Two of the brightly decorated bedrooms share a w/c shower room on one end of the hall.  Each bedroom faces out to the stunning views toward Evia Island in the distance and has a private balcony.  One of these bedrooms has a double bed and one has two single beds.  A third bedroom is at the other end of the hallway and closes off completely.  This bedroom has an en-suite w/c bathtub with washing machine.  It is also larger than the other bedrooms and being on the corner of the building has two sides with windows.  The furnishings include a traditional iron bed (double), large wardrobe and vanity with mirror.  The summery decorations with brightly coloured bed covers and curtains continue throughout all of the bedrooms.

Another level upstairs brings one to an enormous open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen.  The high ceilings and vast windows make this voluminous room perfect for large gatherings with family and friends.  With two sofas (which turn into beds) and a dining table for 10, the room is perfectly suited for entertaining lots of people. There are wonderful views to the pine trees which contrast with the bright blue sky.  Further in the distance are sea views toward the island of Evia.  The fireplace centers the room and the spacious kitchen makes it easy for lots chefs to create sumptuous holidays meals together. 

Several doors lead out to various balconies which enables the breezes to ventilate the house.  A huge terrace is furnished with two dining tables which face to 3 sides of the island.  From this unique spot, one can see a peek view of the harbour in Skopelos Town, the sea through the Stafilos Valley and a panoramic sea view toward the island of Evia.  With the rolling hillsides in the foreground covered with olive and pine trees meeting the blue of the sea beyond, the views are captivating.  The sunsets that can be enjoyed from this terrace are truly stunning.

1 bedroom apartment
The apartment is reached from the ground level of the house and comprises a sitting room with a sofa, dinning table and small kitchenette equipped with a microwave (only) for cooking.  The very large bedroom is furnished with one double bed (1.20m) and a single bed.  Both of these rooms have double French doors leading out to the pool and its terrace. 

MARIETTA STUDIO

1 studio apartment The studio is reached around the side of the building and comprises two single beds and a small kitchenette complete with a microwave oven (only) for making simple meals.  It also has a private w/c shower room and double French doors which lead out to the pool terrace.

Villa Marietta sits on its own gated, property in a small cluster of pine trees and has private parking.  The main villa is reached via a stairway to the 1st floor with the separated entrance to the apartment on the ground level below.  The studio apartment is found around the side of the house and also has a separate entrance.  Both the studio and the apartment have double French doors leading directly out to the pool terrace and its spacious surroundings. The sweeping views of the valley to the sea in the distance is truly magnificent.  One could imagine sitting for many long and lazy days – just enjoying this magical spot.

Villa Marietta is located in the area of Pefkias (Greek for Pine Tree) which is named for its pine forest.  Within close proximity of one of the islands most beautiful beaches, Limnonari and the picturesque fishing village of Agnontas, both just a few minutes drive from the villa.  In the other direction, the lively harbour front of Skopelos town offers a full array of tavernas, cafes and night life. There are lots of places to explore while walking and hiking. This area is great for walkers and hikers with donkey trails and walking paths in all directions.  The pristine nature is accented by natural springs and small chapels scattered in the hillsides.
