A few more steps down lead to the bottom
floor of the house where there is a 3rd bedroom, comfortably furnished
with twin beds, wardrobe and small seating area.
From here, the private kidney-shaped pool is reached through double French doors. Another large dining table and chairs, complete with a huge sun umbrella is found just outside the bedroom. The spacious pool area has comfortable lounges and is beautifully landscaped with flowers and grassy areas for the kids to play. Of course the spectacular views are carried through to this level where sunny lazy days and romantic nights can be whiled away in this enchanting setting. |

INTERIOR VILLA 2

Villas 2 and 3 have the exact same floor plan with only slight
differences in colour and decoration. As in all of the villas,
the main entrance opens into a large, open split-level mezzanine
which includes 1 twin bedded bedroom and a w/c shower room on
the upper level. This bedroom is exactly the same as described
in Villa 3 other than colour and decoration. |

| A few stairs below lies the open plan kitchen/sitting room
level. The floors of Villa 2 are polished cement with inlaid
white marble and the light kitchen cupboards give the room a
modern edge with a bright and sunny look to the room. Two sets
of French doors lead to the spacious terrace which is the same
as described in Villa 3. Continuing downstairs, the middle floor
comprises the master bedroom where there is a full sized bathtub
in the sleeping room. |

It is also equipped with a TV/music center and personal
computer. This spacious bedroom has plenty of windows which provide
lots of opportunity to enjoy the enchanting sea views.
The bathtub is surrounded by white marble with a marble step up
into the tub. There is also a w/c shower room en-suite. The king
sized bed, spacious wardrobes and dressing table make an extremely
comfortable master suite. Repeating the same floor plan as Villa
3, the 3rd bedroom is on the bottom level of the villa. It comprises
two twin beds and has French doors leading the to the pool terrace

EXTERIOR
This newly developed area slightly below the monastery of Evangelistria
is cut into the hillside and surrounded by greenery. Its stone walls,
large verandas and spacious land give it a luxury not many places

The accessibility of Skopelos town, with its full array of restaurants,

car. The location of the property also suits walkers extremely well
as there a number of old donkey trails and paths in the surrounding
