Villa Perivoli is built over two levels in a traditional style yet with excellent modern touches and comforts. On entering Perivoli you find an extremely light and airy villa with its open plan kitchen, living and dining areas which lead out to a wonderful terrace and uninterrupted views to the sea.  Here you will undoubtedly spend a great deal of time taking in the scenery or relaxing at the end of the day, watching the fishing boats and ferries passing by.  Floor to ceiling glass doors and large windows allow maximum light into the villa whilst taking full advantage of the surrounding natural beauty and thus bringing in the fantastic views to the inside.  On the ground level and directly off of the living room is a bedroom with double bed and a wc/shower room. 

Upstairs the villa has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a shared w/c shower room. Both bedrooms also share the large veranda which has views directly across to the island of Alonissos and beautiful sunrises. 

EXTERIOR
This comfortable villa is reached by a short dirt road leading to the beach from the main asphalt. There are plenty of outdoor spaces and terraces that wrap around the villa to take advantage of both sun and shade.  The swimming pool sits to the front of the house, overlooking the beach at Perivoliou.
 There is also a traditional built- in Skopelitian style barbeque with a large wooden dining table overlooking the pool and then beyond to the crystal blue sea.  Family meals will be a highlight of any holiday here at Villa Perivoli. 

SUITABILITY
The villa has been equipped with nearly every necessity needed, you only need to venture to town for provisions and then head back to the comfort Villa Perivoli.

It is ideal for couples seeking a romantic escape as well as being great for friends seeking a relaxing, sun-filled time 'away from it all'. The villa is also a great spot for families with the fabulous beach of Perivouliou so close at hand.
