INTERIOR
The cool, clean interior of Villa Vigla opens into a spacious open plan living room with a traditionally built corner fireplace. There is a seating area with sofa and television in one corner and a breakfast table centering the room. This light and airy room has a double set of French doors which open out on to a sun drenched terrace that runs the length of the house. From here, the views are breathtaking of stark blue sea, sky and the green of pine and olive covered hills.

The fully equipped "galley" kitchen can be accessed both from the living room and from a small hallway and has French doors leading to a side terrace. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each and one bedroom with a double bed. From the hallway, the w/c with 1/2 bathtub is accessed and includes a washing machine.

Two of the bedrooms have views towards the pool and the sea. All three bedrooms have large wardrobes and are simply furnished with pine beds and side tables. The house is equipped with satellite TV and CD/radio player.

EXTERIOR
This lovely pool villa is situated on the hill above Stafylos beach, approx. 4km from Skopelos town. It enjoys one of the best positions around since it has uninterrupted views to the sea and it is within walking distance to the beach. A spacious outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying meals,morningcoffee or a retsina whilst watching the sun setting in the distance.

The kidney shape fresh water pool is found next to the dinning patio and has spacious terraces for sunbathing. With the luxury of your own private pool you can take full advantage of the surrounding scenery and enjoy the sense of quiet only the countryside can offer.

SURROUNDINGS
A small foot path which begins at the villa links up with the main road down to the beach.The walk to Stafilos beach is approximately 7 minutes with Velanio another 10 minutes by foot. Alternatively you may drive to the beach in approximately 3-4 minutes. Car hire is not essential since the bus stop is a 10minute walk from the villa and the bus service is fairly regular. In the vicinity, there are two restaurants and a small mini market for essentials.

SUITABILITY
Villa Vigla is a great choice for larger families and parties as well as up to three couples. The position of this property is ideal for parties that want to be within walking distance to beaches and tavernas. Families with young children might find the uphill walking back from the beach challenging so a hired car is a good idea.
