INTERIOR
The main villa is built in two levels and is entered through the kitchen. The owner has kept as many original fittings as possible from the original kalivi (country cottage) including the old-style solid marble sink. It is fully equipped and lined with pine cupboards and has exquisite views from the wooden breakfast table. A door off the kitchen leads to a fridge room while another leads to the wc/shower room. Stepping down into the comfortable sunken living room, the decor is a funky, country style. The ceilings are wood beamed, the floors polished wood and it has plenty of French windows to take advantage of the fantastic views. There is also a w/c shower room on the main level of the house. |

| The seating is comfortable and has a cozy fireplace and doors leading out to the wooden-decked patio and pool area. From the living room there is a stairway leading to the master bedroom which is divided by a low wall and shelves. On one side is a double bed, wardrobe and comfortable sitting area, and on the other, an unusual set up of a water basin, toilet and bathtub from where you can relax and enjoy the fabulous views. Again, the room is decorated in an island country style and is charming and light. Amongst the many windows is a French door leading out to the balcony boasting one of the best views in the Sporades. Here, in the privacy of your own bedroom, you can enjoy the long, summer sunsets in relaxing comfort. |

At the back of the villa, a separate outside stairway leads to the second bedroom with a ¾ width bed (approx 1.20m) and en-suite wc/shower room. This room is tastefully decorated in a bohemian style with bamboo ceilings and rough finished wood furniture. The French doors lead out to a private sea-facing terrace which is shared with the master bedroom. |

| On the same grounds and approx. 50m from the main villa, there is a guesthouse comprising of a bedroom/sitting area with two single beds, wc/shower room and small kitchenette. This simple accommodation features the same amazing views through French doors leading out to a private balcony. Although the house keeps a simple country style, this comfortable villa is well-equipped with air-conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, it is supplied with a washing machine, satellite TV (English speaking channels such as Filmnet, super sport, CNN, etc.) and CD player. |
