INTERIOR – Ground floor
Entering into this fabulous villa, one immediately sees that quality and care has been given to every corner, every room of this spacious house that is obviously home to a large family. Personal paintings hang on the walls, small artifacts decorate table tops and the furniture, although new, gives the impression of antique items from the days of old. From the front door you enter the main sitting room which is a large room with comfortable sofas and chairs on one side of the room, and a spacious dining table on the other side of the room. The most striking feature of the space though is the many windows allowing full light of each and every room in the entire villa. There are double French doors from the dining area leading to a spacious terrace with a small outdoor breakfast table and a built-in grill area. The patio is surrounded by stone walls and plenty of foliage to protect the privacy of the villa.

There is a small w/c shower room off of the sitting room along with the stairway leading to the second level of the villa. Next to the dining table is the main kitchen of the villa which is fully equipped with full sized oven/grill/hobs, full sized fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. Again the kitchen has plenty of windows for a light and airy space and looks out on the private terrace. The sitting room is air conditioned.

Moving on from this main room through a door in the kitchen, we come to a completely separate apartment. There is a small kitchenette which also has compact oven/stove/hobs, full-sized fridge/freezer, sink and small work surface. This spacious room is decorated in cool colors and is evident that this is the coolest space in the villa. There is a sofa seating area (sofa becomes a sleeping area either for 2 children or 1 adult). Quality furnishings run throughout. There is a separated bedroom which is has 2 single beds but can be made as well into 1 double bed. This bedroom has plenty of windows and light and faces the pool area. On the main level again, we have a w/c shower room equipped with washing machine. There are double French doors leading to a small patio on one side of the room and a door leading to the pool area on the other side.

Climbing a wooden stairway, there is a sleeping gallery under the roof of the house (plenty of head room) which is furnished with 2 single beds which can also be made up together as a double bed. Included in the furnishings are two ottoman foot stools which can become a single bed for extra sleeping space for a child. There is a w/c shower room on this level as well.

INTERIOR
– Upper floor
A stairway from the sitting room leads up to another, 2nd floor apartment. (there is no door closing it off from stairway). Entering again a spacious room with open beamed ceilings and lots of windows, the area is light and airy. There is a sofa seating area and double French doors leading to a large balcony with fabulous views of Skopelos town, the harbour and the sea beyond. The terrace is furnished with a small table and bench for seating. On one side of the room is a very small kitchenette with tiny sink, fridge/freezer for light snacks/breakfast/coffee in the privacy of your own apartment. There is a w/c shower room equipped with washing machine situated next to the kitchenette.

The entire roof is open plan and behind the sitting room is a spacious bedroom equipped with a double bed (two singles together which can be made either way). Fully furnished in the same quality style, there is a door leading from the bedroom to a balcony overlooking the private pool. The pull out sofa in the sitting room can also be used for up to two children.

EXTERIOR
This fantastic villa has been standing on this spot for a long time (historically) – therefore its gardens are fully mature and create a wonderful atmosphere along with plenty of privacy. The property is fully walled and gated and enjoys lovely terraces in both the back and the front around the pool area.

The pool is spacious (7m x 4m) with 6 sun beds and another outdoor dining table for family meals - it is evident that much time will be spent in this area.
